Common questions
Is Norse really free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, setting up your workspace, and using the dashboard costs nothing. You only pay when you run AI — image generation, text, voice, video, or agent actions.
How does usage billing work?
Every AI action has a per-request rate published in the model catalog. When you run an action, it debits your usage balance. You can top up anytime or enable auto-recharge.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay. We use Stripe for all payments — your card data never touches Norse servers.
Can I set a spending limit?
Yes. In Account Settings → Usage, set a monthly cap. Once hit, AI features pause until the next cycle or until you manually lift the cap.
Are there cheaper rates for high volume?
Volume rates are coming. For now, all users pay the same per-request rate. Join the waitlist in your account settings to be notified.
What happens if I have a dispute?
Contact support within 30 days. We refund usage charges for confirmed bugs or service failures. Discretionary refunds are handled case by case.
Do you store my prompts?
Prompts are sent to the underlying model provider and are not stored by Norse beyond the session unless you explicitly save them.
Is there a free trial of paid features?
New accounts receive a small usage credit to try AI features without adding a card. Credits don't expire for 90 days.
